In the Web Content selection, uncheck the box next to Block pop-up windows.Under Pop-up Blocker, UnCheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker.Scroll to PRIVACY, Click on Content Settings. What browser are you using (name and version please) If on Safari, open Preferences and then click 'Websites' icon at top, then click the 'Pop-Up Windows' item in the list on the left and then you should see the list of websites that you can individually set how you want each to behave.
